More about THAT sock and inappropriate crushes

I'm sure you've all been wondering what happened to the dirty sock in Pobol Y Cwm (reference previous post). Did she keep it in her handbag as a souvenir? Did she give it back?

Neither as it happens. She threw it out. Not only was it dirty, it also had a hole in it. But she bought the boyfriend a new pair, so he should have been happy - right? Wrong. He ended the relationship. Even though it wasn't said, I suspect the sock had a lot to do with the decision.

And for part two of this blog post - and the inappropriate crushes confessions I've been hinting at for ages - please pop over to see the Minxes.

Please visit - hate it when I blog there and get no friendly comments (and I know that makes me needy and pathetic, but that's me).

PS - my pocket novel is in the shops now. So excited. Have been busy admiring it on the shelves. And huge thanks to those who have read it and offered feedback and to those who have blogged about it. xx

Ohhh must go and buy it. I go shopping on a Thurday (to the nearest large town as the small shops won't stock it aroud here.) Will it still be in the shops? Caroline x

Thanks, Sue. x

It does, Teresa :0). Thank you for getting a copy (although I've got lots of butterflies thinking of people reading it). xx

Hi Caroline - it should be in the shops for another week and a half. Let me know if you can't get hold of it and I'll send you a copy. xx

Fabuloooous Suz!! I have got my copy of your PN today while at Tesco. (Hurried last minute shopping for birthday candles and coco powder for the chocolate icing, the boy is 21!)
Anyway, read three chapters while wondering what to do with dodgy sponge cake, and so far...love it! Well done you. I'm so chuffed, I came in waving it under hubby's nose.
'Look, it's Suzanne's!' Like I'm star struck. Hehe :)
CONGRATULATIONS again
xx

Picked up the PN in Smith's in Oban while on holiday. It was the last one so I was a bit worried about depriving other Obanites of the pleasure, but they still had one left in Tesco, so I felt better then! Looking forward to reading it!
